Dr. C. Wilton Simmons is the owner of the West Houston Plastic Surgery Center a state-of-the-art medical practice in the Memorial Hermann City Hospital campus in Houston, Texas.  His practice is focused on facial plastic surgery, endoscopic and total body cosmetic procedures from breast augmentation to facelifts and a wide range of cosmetic procecures.    

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his M.D. from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Texas. After completing his internship at the Baylor College of Medicine affiliated hospitals, he joined the U.S. Airforce serving as a flight surgeon and Chief of Aeromedical Services. He also served a preceptorship in plastic surgery in Seattle, Washington. 

Dr. Simmons has been in the private practice of plastic surgery since 1978 and Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1979.
